Dinner will include gastronomic delights, all created from the best of local produce – home grown vegetables and herbs from the kitchen garden, local reared meat including Crailoch lamb, seafood (Ballantrae coast- lobster and crab), Scottish cheese including Ayrshire Barwheys, Ayrshire Dunlop and Aiket Bri with homemade oatcakes and grape and quince jelly and delicious desserts created around fruitgrown at Cosses.

Choose from a discerning wine list, to accompany your meal, then finish with a malt whisky. Breakfast is equally special- full Scottish to various fish dishes and Shirred Eggs. With an emphasis on healthy eating we provide fresh fruit salad, summer fruit compote as well as home-made bread and preserves.
